The staff were nice and professional, the room was huge, modern, and clean, the bathroom was clean and nice.

The hotel's staff was friendly and professional, providing great service. The spacious and clean rooms have modern facilities, and the breakfast was delicious. Its location has plenty of stores around and is at an excellent distance from the Old Quarter. The elevator is smooth, and the outside swimming pool looks great.

Some guests felt the location was far from the Old Quarter and required several taxi rides.

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were absolutely blown away by its luxury and exclusivity. Our spacious room was fitted with top-of-the-line amenities and the soundproofing made sleep a breeze. The staff was professional and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially with its fantastic in-room breakfast and 24-hour room service. The spa and sauna treatments were divine, and the pool with a view was breathtaking - truly a relaxing getaway.

We did experience a minor issue with the location of the temperature adjustment device which was far from the bed and with limited lights at night. Nonetheless, we were able to enjoy the sun terrace and the packed lunches made available by the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was much better than I expected with a mini kitchen, a separate walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious, clean atmosphere. The staff was professional, nice, and helpful with smooth and fast elevators. They have all new facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and an exercise room with posters that looked great. The hotel's location was excellent with many stores nearby and within a 10-minute taxi ride to the city's main attraction, making it a perfect choice for me.

The location was excellent, with plenty of stores around and just a short taxi ride to the old quarter. I was impressed with the amenities, including the fitness and playroom for children. The breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful view over Hanoi was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If I had to mention a drawback, it would be that the pillows were not to my preference.
